All of our Cheese Powders are made from real cheese (made from fresh cheese which contains cheese, disodium phosphate and salt) which has been dehydrated from the usual 45% moisture content down to 5% moisture. This makes this powder shelf-stable.
Ingredients: A dehydrated blend of cheese (granular and blue (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes)), whey, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, whey protein concentrate, lactose, maltodextrin, salt, sodium phosphate, citric acid, lactic acid, yellow 5, yellow 6.
*Contains: Milk and Soy Ingredients. **Repacked in a facility that also processes products containing: peanuts, tree nuts, soybeans, milk, egg, fish, crustaceans, shellfish and wheat ingredients.
