How do they can fresh meat?
In the canning process, raw meat is placed in cans, the cans are sealed, and the product is cooked in it's natural juices. Yoder’s canned meats have become popular because of their convenience, low fat content, and non-refrigerated shelf-life.

We all know how to make tacos, but how about using this to make Chili? The recipe below is quite good.

1 can of Yoders Taco Meat 1/2 cup of FD Corn 1 1/4 cups of Cooked Al Dente Macaroni Noodles 1 Tablespoon of Tomato Powder 2 Tablespoons of dehydrated Bell Peppers 1 cup of Kidney Beans2 tsps of chili powder or cayenne pepper (depending on personal preference on spiciness) First add Yoders Taco Meat in a pan on medium heat. Add the FD corn and dehydrated bell peppers.* Cook 5-10 mins or until the corn kernels become soft. Then add the kidney beans (if using the dried beans be sure to soak in water 2hours minimum prior to using), chili powder/cayenne pepper, finally add the Al Dente noodles in last. Optional: Top with cheese and onions. *Reconstitution is NOT necessary
