1 pinch of salt
1 Egg-Reconstituted
3 Tablespoons water
3 Tablespoons oil

Mix all ingredients together in a large microwaveable mug. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes!!! Yup that's all folks. Oh, be careful when removing from microwave because the mug will be hot.
