    Easy to make just add water (and maybe Salt/Pepper + butter to taste)!!!  Shelf Life is 5+ years. Creamy and full flavored mashed potatoes. Idahoan instant mashed potatoes sealed in a can with dessicant and oxygen absorber. They are 100% US Procured and Produced and canned in the last 30 days. Each can is sealed in an oxygen and moisture free environment.

    Top with crumbled Yoder's Bacon and you won't be able to put down your fork.


    Ingredients: Idaho Potatoes (Dried), Sweet Dairy Whey, Nonfat Dry Milk Solids, Partially
    hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (contains one or more of the following : Coconut oil,  and
    or soy oil) Corn Syrup Solids, Sodium Caseinate Dipotassium phosphate, Mono-Diglycerides,
    Lecithin, Carrageenan, vitamin A, vitamin B, mono and diglycerides sodium acid pyrophosphates,
    sodium bisulfite, citric acid, mixed tocopherols added to protect fresheness,

    Contains: Wheat and Milk

    Ghee or  Butter softened.

    Heat oven to 450 degrees. Stir potatoes, sauce mix, boiling water, milk and Butter in ungreased 1-1/2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until top is golden brown (if you'd like the top more golden brown, bake 5 minutes longer [potatoes will be softer]) and potatoes are tender. Remove from oven (sauce will thicken as it stands).

    Basic Preparations:
    1 can Yields 8 servings

    Boil 3  2/3 cups of Water. Remove Water from heat and mix in Instant Mashed Potato gently. Do not whip.

    Salt 1tsp+ can be added to taste as well as 4Tbsp of Ghee/ Butter . For creamier mashed potatoes stir in additional water or milk.
