Ingredients: Idaho Potatoes (Dried), Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Salt, Corn Starch, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and cottonseed Oils, Whey (from milk), Corn Starch, Corn Syrup solids, Disodium Phosphate, Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Maltodextrin, Paprika, sodium caseinate (from milk), Monosodium Glutamate, Sodium Hexametaphosphate, annato extract (color), parsley, spice, mono- and diglycerides, Freshness Protected By Sodium Bisulfite.

    Contains: Wheat and Milk

    Basic Preparations:
Traditional Oven Directions (Bakes Up Golden Brown):
2 cups boiling water (use boiling water for best potato texture and sauce appearance),
    2/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon / Ghee or  Butter softened.

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Stir potatoes, sauce mix, boiling water, milk and Butter in ungreased 1-1/2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until top is golden brown (if you'd like the top more golden brown, bake 5 minutes longer [potatoes will be softer]) and potatoes are tender. Remove from oven (sauce will thicken as it stands).
