    Frequently Asked Questions

    Q: How quickly do you ship orders, and what carrier do you use to ship?
    A: We actually guarantee to same-day ship all orders of in-stock items placed and paid for on a regular business day before 1:00 PM Pacific/4:00 PM Eastern. Often, we can ship orders even later than that. Orders received after that cut-off time will ship the next business day. We ship with UPS and will keep you informed of the status with regular e-mail updates when your order ships.

    Q: Can you ship to PO Boxes?
    A: Unfortunately, we can not ship to Post Office Boxes, sorry about that! Because we ship exclusively with UPS, we will need a physical street address to ship your order.

    Q: How can I view the status of my order?
    A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

    Q: Do you ship internationally?
    A: Most food items are restricted from Export, however outside of the United States we can ship everything except dairy products to Canada. Our Canned Butter, Cheese and Ghee are not able to be exported into Canada. We are not able to ship any of our products to any other Country - please accept our apologies!

    Q: So you ship to APO and FPO Addresses?
    A: Because most of our items are either Food, Military Surplus or have additional export restrictions on them for various reasons, we are unable to ship to APO and FPO Addresses, sorry.

    Q: What are your shipping costs?
    A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart, entering your Zip Code and selecting "Update". Additionally, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

    Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
    A: Whether you order through the mail, phone in your order, or order over the internet, you can always use personal checks, money orders, a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) or PayPal to pay for your order.

    Q: When will my credit card be charged for my order?
    A: Your credit card will only be charged when your order is shipped. You will only be charged for the items that ship. In the rare event that we have backordered items that did not ship with the original order your credit card will be charged for those items when they ship. Please note that ALL Yoders' Meat products must be paid at the time the order is placed to be put in the shipping queue (unfortunately at this time there is no way around this due to the fact that the cases are being shipped directly off the line).

    Q: Do you offer gift certificates?
    A: Yes, we do have gift certificates available for friends and family that you may purchase by calling (949) 366-9484 and we can mail them straight to you or email depending on your preference.

    Low Price Guarantee: We guarantee that our prices meet or beat any other site's prices for the same product! Our buying power in the market place gives us the ability to make you this promise: If you find the same product somewhere else for a lower price simply email us or call and we'll match that price! Just simply make sure the product has the same components and is available from that merchant. We'll even be happy to try to match their sale price!

    Offline Purchases: You can purchase your order by offline payment by simply following the same procedure to order on-line with a credit card. However, instead of completing the transaction with a credit card online, print your shopping cart and mail to us promptly at the:

    Make your check or Money Order payable to "FTF Technologies, Inc." and mail along with one copy of your printed order. Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as payment is received and verified. No orders can be shipped until paid in full. Money Orders are traceable "cash" payments and are processed normally upon receipt. Personal and Company Checks can take up to 10 days to clear your bank and are not the preferred method of payment. Offline orders not paid within 30 days will be discarded.
