Preparation:
2 Cups Water, 1 Cup of Cilantro Lime Rice, 1 Tbsp of Butter (optional).
1. Bring water and butter to a boil; add the Cilantro Lime Rice. 2. Stir it well. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and do not disturb 15 minutes. 3. Remove from heat. Leave covered for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork, and serve.
Options: Add corn and serve as a side dish. Or top with Black Bean and Corn Salsa & wrap in a tortilla.
