This product makes a great addition to your long term storage foods! You can use it to flavor dozens of dishes and in dips, dressings, toppings. A fantastic addition to everything from rice, casseroles and stews to scrambled eggs, omelets and bread. And let’s not forget baked, mashed, and scalloped potatoes! Also makes an excellent dip for all kinds of snacks when mixed with water – hot or cold.

To Reconstitute: add 1/2 Cup of water to 1 Cup of Sour Cream Blend. Mix well. Add more water for thinner consistency or more sour cream blend for thicker consistency if desired. Chill and use like regular sour cream. Refrigerate any unused portions.

(When used in baking: It is not necessary to reconstitute. Simply add to dry ingredients and increase liquid)
