San Miguel Refried Beans with Chorizo is a fully cooked and ready to eat meal. This meal can be heated in the stove top, microwave, or FRH heater! It is packed in retort packaging, similar to MREs, with tear tabs at the top.

Similar to MREs, these meals are ready to eat and easy to prepare — no cooking is required. They are completely precooked, self-contained foods that are shelf stable and require no refrigeration, just heat and serve.
