How do they can fresh meat? In the canning process, raw meat is placed in cans, the cans are sealed, and the product is cooked in it's natural juices. Yoder's canned meats have become popular because of their convenience, low fat content, and non-refrigerated shelf-life.

We all know how to make tacos, but how about using this to make Chili? The recipe below is quite good.

- 1 cup of Kidney Beans

First add Yoder's Taco Beef in a pan on medium heat. Add the Freeze Dried Corn and dehydrated bell peppers.* Cook 5-10 mins or until the corn kernels become soft. Then add the kidney beans (if using the dried beans be sure to soak in water 2 hours minimum prior to using), chili powder/cayenne pepper, finally add the Al Dente noodles in last. Optional: Top with cheese and onions.
